THE TRIAL CHAMBER,

NOTING the Confidential Prosecutor’s Motion For The Pre-Trial Admission Of Evidence ("the Motion"), filed on 20 April 1998, the Defence Reply To Prosecutor’s Motion For The Pre-Trial Admission Of Evidence filed on 7 May 1998, the Request For Hearing filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 8 June 1998 and the Defence Response thereto filed on 22 June 1998,

CONSIDERING THAT the parties are unable to reach agreement as to any of the substantial number of items proposed for pre-trial admission in this matter,

CONSIDERING FURTHER THAT the trial in this matter is scheduled to commence on Monday 6 July 1998,

PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules")

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

  1. The Trial Chamber will admit pre-trial such documents as are agreed between the parties as admissible; and
  2. The Trial Chamber makes no further order on the Motion but grants leave for oral argument to be heard on Monday 6 July 1998.
