THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991;

CONSIDERING that the trial of Anto Furundzija is due to commence on 8 June 1998;

CONSIDERING FURTHER the Trial Chamber’s responsibility to ensure that both the Prosecution and Defence are fully prepared to proceed to trial on the scheduled date;

HEREBY ORDERS that a status conference shall be held at 1530 hours on  29 May 1998.
