THE TRIAL CHAMBER,

NOTING the Motion To Protect Victims And Witnesses and the Prosecutor’s Motion For The Pre-Trial Admission Of Evidence, both filed by the Office of the Prosecutor on 20 April 1998,

NOTING the Order for filing of Motions issued by the Trial Chamber on 30 July 1997, granting the receiving party fourteen calendar days to file its response to any motion filed in this case,

CONSIDERING the Scheduling Order issued by the Trial Chamber on 5 March 1998 setting the date for commencement of the trial for 11 May 1998,

CONSIDERING that the supporting materials accompanying the Prosecutor’s Motion For The Pre-Trial Admission of Evidence are voluminous,

PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

(1) the Defence has until Wednesday 29 April 1998 to file its response to the Motion To Protect Victims And Witnesses; and

(2) the Defence has until Thursday 7 May 1998 to file its response to the Prosecutor’s Motion For The Pre-Trial Admission Of Evidence.
