THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");

NOTING the "Order to Provide Notice of Expert Witnesses" ("Order") (Official Record at Registry Page ("RP") D2671-2673) issued by the Trial Chamber on 25 January 1997 which provides, inter alia, that the "Prosecution and the Defence for each accused will provide the other parties with timely notice of potential expert witnesses. The notice will include the name of the witness, the witness’s curriculum vitae and a statement of the area(s) about which the witness will testify";

NOTING the " Decision on the Prosecution’s Motion for an Order Requiring Advance Disclosure of Witnesses by the Defence" ("Decision") (RP D5469-D5487) of 4 February 1998 whereby the Trial Chamber ordered that the "Defence provide the Prosecution with the names of the witnesses it intends to call at trial, in writing at least seven working days prior to the testimony of each witness";

CONSIDERING that Article 20 of the Statute of the International Tribunal requires that a trial be both fair and expeditious;

PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal;

HEREBY ORDERS that;

1. Notice that is provided pursuant to the Order, shall be filed with the Registry so that it may be served on the parties to the proceedings and the Trial Chamber.

2. Names of witnesses that are provided pursuant to the Decision, shall be filed with the Registry on the day required by the Decision so that they may be served on the parties to the proceedings and the Trial Chamber.
