NOTING the Prosecutors Application For Leave To Appeal From The Trial Chambers Denial of Prosecutors Request For Leave To File An Amended Indictment ("the Application"), filed on 13 March 1998, and the Prosecutors Request For Determination Of Timely Filing, Or In The Alternative, Request For Variation Of Time Limit ("the Prosecutors Request"), filed on 19 March 1998,
NOTING the letter of Defence counsel, Mr. Anthony DAmato, addressed to Mr. Michael Keegan of the Office of the Prosecutor, filed on 24 March 1998, in which Mr. DAmato stated that the Defence has no objection to the Prosecutors Request,
NOTING FURTHER the letter of Defence counsel, Mr. DAmato, addressed to President McDonald, filed on 27 March 1998, in which Mr. DAmato stated that the Defence has "no objection to the Prosecutors request to hear the merits of [the] Application" and requested ten days to file a response to the Application,
HEREBY ORDERS the Defence to file a formal response to the Application by Thursday 9 April 1998, after which time the Bench will issue its Decision on the Application.
