BEING SEISED of the confidential Defence motion to compel production of certain documents by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") dated 11 February 1998 ("Motion");
CONSIDERING the Prosecutions Response to the Motion of 23 February 1998;
CONSIDERING the Trial Chambers need to adequately consider the documents the subject of the Motion;
