NOTING the Memorandum of Law in Support of Defense Motion for Provisional Release, filed by the Defence on 7 January 1998 ("Memorandum of Law"),

NOTING the Hearing on the Defence Motion for Provisional Release ("Motion") scheduled for Friday 16 January 1998,

NOTING that the exchange of filings on the Motion is complete and that the Defence has not sought leave of the Trial Chamber for any further filing of this nature, as required by the Order for Filing of Motions issued by the Trial Chamber on 30 July 1997,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY ACCEPTS the filing of the Memorandum of Law and ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

the Office of the Prosecutor shall file its response to the Memorandum of Law by Wednesday 14 January 1998;

the Defence shall provide the Trial Chamber and the Office of the Prosecutor with copies of all legal authorities referred to in the Memorandum of Law by Wednesday 14 January 1998.
