THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991;
CONSIDERING that it has become necessary to make changes to its sitting arrangements in the present proceedings as set out in the Scheduling Order dated 24 June 1997 (Official Record at Registry Page D 3905 - D 3906), ("Order");
PURSUANT TO RULE 54,
HEREBY
I. VACATES paragraph (viii) of the Order;
II. DECIDES that the Trial Chamber shall resume sitting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 13 October 1997 in accordance with the remaining terms of the Order, on which date it shall commence by hearing oral arguments on the "Confidential Motion to Allow . . . [certain witnessesC to Give Their Testimony by Means of Video-link Conference" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor on 26 September 1997 (RP D5189 - D5192).
