ORDER UNDER RULES 54 AND 64
FOR THE DETENTION OF THE ACCUSED

I, Saad Jan, Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia:

CONSIDERING Rules 54 and 64 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, and the application by the Prosecutor for an order for the detention of the accused VLADIMIR SANTIC in the circumstances of his anticipated voluntary surrender the accused to the Tribunal

HEREBY ORDER pursuant to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal, that upon the arrival of the accused VLADIMIR SANTIC at the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague the accused is to be held there until he be brought, without delay, before a Trial Chamber for further proceedings in accordance with the requirements of Rules 62 and 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal.
