CONSIDERING the indictment against SLAVKO DOKMANOVIC submitted by the Prosecutor and confirmed on 3 April 1996 by Judge Riad,

CONSIDERING the transfer of the accused to the Tribunal on 27 June 1997,

CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the accused on 4 July 1997 before the Trial Chamber,

PURSUANT TO Rule 64

HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of SLAVKO DOKMANOVIC and enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the accused until further order.
