THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the written request (the "Request"), (Official Record at Registry Page ("RP") D3039 - 3041) by Mr. Branislav Tapuskovic, counsel for the accused Zdravko Mucic, for Mr. Michael Greaves, attorney from Great Britain, to be appointed to replace Ms. Mira Tapuskovic as his co-counsel;

CONSIDERING that Mr. Tapuskovic states, in the Request, that the accused Zdravko Mucic requested that an attorney experienced in Anglo-Saxon law be involved in his defence;

CONSIDERING that Mr. Tapuskovic states that Zdravko Mucic has given his consent for the appointment of Mr. Michael Greaves as co-counsel;

CONSIDERING that the trial of Zdravko Mucic commenced on 10 March 1997, and that pursuant to Article 21(4)(c) of the Statute of the International Tribunal the accused has a right to be tried without undue delay;

FOR THESE REASONS AND PURSUANT TO Article 21 of the Statute of the International Tribunal, Rule 45 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence and Article 20(A) of the Directive on Assignment of Defence Counsel,
