NOTING that at the status conference held on 24 July 1996, counsel for this accused indicated his desire to supplement the Motion and was granted leave to file such supplemental motion or material by 17 August 1996, being the expiry of the sixty-day period for filing of preliminary motions pursuant to Rule 73(B) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
NOTING that no such supplemental filing has been received,
HEREBY ORDERS the Office of the Prosecutor to file its response to the Motion as originally filed by Tuesday 10 September 1996.
