FINAL DECISION
[1] The Commission finds that the state is in breach articles 4, 5 and 7 of
the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights and decides to refer the
situation to the Assembly of Heads of State and Government under article
58(1) of the Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights. |
